Treat your body well!

Water! Has became my my new companion these last few days, it's exactly what your body needs if you want good health. Water can promote:

  • Hair Growth
  • Flawless skin (rid acne)
  • Beautiful healthy pink,red lips.
  • Breathe Better
  • Lose Weight
  • Whiten Teeth
  • Athleticism
  • Nail Growth
That's amazing! Right? All you have to do is drink water from your tap or a simple bottle! Water isnt usually expensive, nor hard to find, water is everywhere so drink it! But I'm not going to lie I do find it pretyy hard to consume wayer when there's juice,soda,diary drinks, its pretty hard, in a way so heres so MUST DO TIPS!

··~·· Drink Water FIRST! - Meaning before you have a cup of juice, soda, diary drinks always drink'm one cup of water first! So simple! Also have a cup of water by your bed and have it the first thing you down before your day begins! Note : You can always squeeze lemon juice or and organic fruit to give your water flavor. I recommend lemon water, and NEVER pollute your water with sugar!

··~·· Take Water WITH you! - Always have water bottle in your purse, in your school bag, in your car, take it with you! It's absolutely neccasary! Note : I reccomend buying a cheap plastic bottle that you can refil whenever! I have a pretty Orange one (My favorite color)

··~·· REMIND yourself! - If the two tips above me  aren't good enough for you or still seem way too difficult, than well were live in the 21st century use your phone (or another portable elctronic device) and put on about 3 to 8 reminders throughout the day to down some water! Any alarm app can work, OR you can download the free " Water your body" app available for androids, and iphone,ipods products.

  1. Great tips! I have the "Daily Water" app. It has 8 glasses each day and you can cross one of each time you have a glass. It really helps me remember to drink water. :)
